Protecting your personal data is a priority for Force Elektro. In this Privacy policy, we will share some clear and transparent information on how we handle your personal data.
We are doing everything in our power to guarantee your privacy and therefore we handle your personal data with care. Force Elektro follows the applicable rules and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in all cases. This involves that:
- We will only use your personal data in accordance with the objective they were collected for the objectives and the different types of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy;
- We will limit the use of your personal data to those who are absolutely necessary for the purpose they were collected for;
- We will ask for your explicit permission, if necessary, before using any of your personal data;
- We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of your data;
- We will not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless necessary for the objectives they were collected for;
- We ensure you that we are aware of your rights concerning your personal data and respect them.
Force Elektro is responsible for the processing of your personal data. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or any question in general, you can contact us by means of the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Processing of personal data of members
Personal data of Members will be processed by Force Elektro on behalf of the following objective(s):
- Execute on the Membership Agreement.
The reason for collecting these data is:
- The Membership Agreement.
For the above-mentioned objective(s) Force Elektro may ask you the following information:
- First Name;
- Infixes;
- Last Name;
- Phone Number;
- E-Mail Address;
- Date of Birth;
- City and Address;
- Gender;
- Nationality;
- Relation to the TU Delft (Student ID);
- Sports Card Number;
- WFDF Accreditation ID;
- Bank Information;
Your personal data will be saved by Force Elektro for the above-mentioned objective(s) for the period:
- During the membership period and for maximum 2 years after that.
Distribution to third parties
The data that you entrusted to us can be given to third parties, only when necessary for the execution of the above objective(s).
We rely on third parties for:
- Cloud services;
- Signing up to the Nederlandse Frisbee Bond;
- Signing up to the Delft University of Technology.
We will never share your personal data with a third party with whom we do not have a data processing agreement (DPA). These agreements ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will never share or forward your personal data to third parties, unless it is legally allowed or mandatory. For example, when the police asks us for (personal) data, as part of an active investigation. In such case we have to comply and are obliged to hand over your data. Besides this we may share your personal data to third parties when we have your written approval.
Minors
We only process data of minors (people younger than 16) after having received the written approval of either a parent, a caretaker or a legal representative.
Retention Period
Force Elektro will keep your personal data no longer than necessary and for the objective(s) for which they were collected or no longer than legally allowed.
Security
We took the appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data and prevent unlawful processing. For example, we took the following measures:
- Any person within Force Elektro who has access to your data signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement;
- All our systems are secured with username and password;
- We keep a backup your personal data in order to retrieve them in case of physical or technical incidents;
- We regularly test and evaluate our security measures;
- Our collaborators are informed about the importance of protecting your personal data.
Rights concerning your data
You have the right to view, correct or delete the personal data that you shared with us. Furthermore, you can raise objections to the processing of your personal data (or part of them) by us or by any of our third parties. You also have the right to have us send your personal data directly to you or, on your order, directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before complying with your previously mentioned requests.
In the case that we are processing your personal data on the basis of a given permission, you have at all times the right to revoke this permission.
You can, at any time, recall your permission that allows us to process your personal data.
Complaints
If you have any complaints concerning the processing of your personal data, please contact us directly. If we cannot come to an agreement together than this would disappoint us greatly. It is your right to make a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This is the supervising authority on the protection of privacy.
